Setting-up an Integrated plant for recovery of Value Addition Products (VAP) like Naphtha, Kerosene and Heavy Cuts from Condensate

Oil and Natural Gas Ltd., Karaikal awarded the job of Project Management Consultancy services for recovery of VAP at Kuthalam, Karaikal Asset of ONGC to our company.

Our scope involved preparation of FEED / Basic Engineering Package, Soil Investigation Studies, Risk Analysis & EIA study, Preparation of bid package including technical evaluation, Review of vendor drawing, Project Management, Inspection and Expediting, Construction Supervision, Assistance in pre-commissioning & commissioning.

Petrovietnam Engineering and Construction Company (PVECC), Vietnam was awarded an Engineering Procurement and Construction contract by Petrovietnam Gas Company (PVGC) for LPG Storage, Handling and Transportation. PVECC retained our company as the Engineering Contractor for this Project.

Our scope of work for this project:

· Extended Basic Engineering
· Liquid Transportation Pipelines (3 Nos.)
· Product Storage Terminal consisting of 33 Nos. Mounded LPG Bullets and Condensate storage tanks
· 2 Nos. Jetties with loading capacities of 500 to 20,000 DWT tankers  for loading condensate /  LPG 
· Auxiliary facilities like fire fighting system, utility distribution, flare, buildings, effluent treatment etc. 

Oil India Ltd. discovered two commercially viable gas fields in the Jaisalmer district of western Rajasthan viz. Tanot and Dandewala in the late 1980’s. We were awarded the contract for:
· Field Development Studies
· Development of Dandewala Gas Processing Complex
· Development of  Tanoit Gas Gathering Station
· Gas Gathering Pipelines
· Tanot Village Residential Complex

Our scope of work included conducting a detailed feasibility study with a detailed cost estimations and infrastructure and utilities requirement. As part of the Consultancy services we provided basic design & detailed engineering, procurement services, project management, construction & commissioning supervision and training to Oil India staff.

Oil and Natural Gas Ltd., Baroda awarded the job of consultancy services for the Pilot Insitu Combustion Project, Bechraji oil field Gujarat (Mehsana) to our company. 

Our scope of work for this project included Design/Basic Engineering for optimization of scheme, preparation of process design package and tender/bid packages including equipment engineering for free issue material and Turnkey packages, procurement services at Turnkey tendering including tendering activities, placement of order, inspection/expediting and vendors/ contractors drawings/ documents review. Project management services including planning, co-ordination, monitoring and reporting, construction supervision, management and commissioning assistance were also provided.

Oil India Ltd., Duliajan awarded the job of PMC services for the 2 numbers of Gas Gathering Stations and 1 number Central Gas Gathering Station and Off-Take Point to our company.
