VEBA HANZE FO2a FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Hanze is Veba Oil's first operatorship and the largest field to be developed in the Dutch North Sea. It lies in block F/2 in the Dutch sector of the North Sea, about 200km northwest of Den Helder. The field has reserves exceeding 34 million barrels of oil, as well as 40bcf of associated gas.
As part of the Hanze Field Development Project VEBA Oil awarded the job on a turnkey basis to Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), Korea. HHI retained our company for carrying out certain detailed engineering for the Gravity Based Structure (GBS) and entire topside facilities on Integrated Production Decks (IPD) including the flare structure. Major work was completed by mid 2000.
Facilities on the production and storage platform include oil separator, oil storage, gas dehydration, power generation, open and closed drain system, flare & blowdown system, safety systems including fire and gas detection, fire fighting etc.
The platform has been designed for following capacities: Max Oil Case : 5000 Sm3/d Max Water Case : 6800 Sm3/d Max Fluid Intake : 8000 Sm3/d Gas Oil Ratio : 100 Sm3/ Sm3 Oil Offloading Flow Rate : 1500 Sm3/hr Gas Pipeline Capacity : 500000 Sm3/d Water Injection Flow Rate : 9000 m3/d

CPP-3 PROCESS PLATFORM PROJECT
KEPPEL FELS (KFELS) – SINGAPORE was awarded the contract by Vietsopetro to install the Central Processing Platform (CPP-3) in the White Tiger Oil Field. This platform is a basic component of Central Processing Complex (CPC) in the area of BK-4 of the White Tiger Oil Field of Southern dome offshore Vietnam.
Our company was retained by KFELS as the Engineering Contractor on a back-to-back basis. We carried out the complete Basic and Detail Engineering related to Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Safety and also provided other support services.
The production capacity of CPP-3 is about 19,000 t/d of liquid out of which up to 15000 t/d of stock tank oil & up to 12,000 t/d of reservoir water are produced. The platform contains process facilities for 3 stage Oil Separation including Electrostatic Dehydration, Oil Stabilization, Oil Storage, Oil Export, Gas Compression, Gas Metering, Produce Water System, Flare and Blowdown System, Open and Closed Drain System etc.

FOROOZAN DEVELOPMENT OPERATION & PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT PROJECT AT OFFSHORE IRAN FOR IOEC
STEP's scope involves FEED Endorsement / updation and Detailed Engineering for FZ-A Processing Platform, FY-A Accommodation (70 men) Platform, Bridge between FZ-A and FZ and Bridge between FZ-A and FYA (New Platforms) and engineering and procurement services for two new sour transfer pumps, Receivers and all related facilities of pipelines and the J-tube of the subsea cable from FZA to FX on FX Platform. Providing procedures for site survey / report and detailed engineering for the modifications to F2, F8, F9, F14 & F17 Satellite well heads and modifications to existing facilities FX and FZ.

NEELAM HEERA RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF ONGC
The JV of Essar Offshore Subsea Ltd., Mumbai and IOEC, Iran was awarded the EPC contract by ONGC for Neelam Heera Reconstruction Project at Mumbai High. STEP was retained by Essar Offshore as the Engineering Contractor for this project.
STEP's scope involved Design and Detailed Engineering involving all disciplines for Revamping of HP separators, Hot Oil cooler System, Replacement of Cooling water system, sump caisson, cranes, fuel gas skids, F&G system, HVAC system, close and open drain system, Battery of UPS, seawater lift pump, start-up air compressor, sewage treatment plant, etc.

ICP PLATFORM REVAMP PROJECT OF ONGC
Dolphin Offshore Subsea Ltd., Mumbai was awarded the EPC contract by ONGC for ICP Platform Revamp Project. STEP was retained by Dolphin Offshore as the Engineering Contractor for this project.
STEP's scope involved Design and Detailed Engineering involving all disciplines for a third train C of well fluid separation facility at ICP platform consisting of a) Two phase cyclonic separator, b) Crude oil-hot oil exchanger (Well fluid heater) and c) Three phase separator along with new demulsifier chemical injection system.
The project involves engineering for the new facilities and its integration with the existing facilities in the platform.

REVAMPING PROJECTS OF MH, B&S AND NH ASSETS OF ONGC (LOCATED AT MUMBAI HIGH FIELD)
The project assignment involves Revamping Projects for MH, N&H and B&S Assets in Mumbai High for carrying out multidisciplinary engineering jobs on unit rate basis to ONGC, which involves Process Engineering, Structural Engineering / Marine, Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Cost Engineering, Procurement & Inspection, Construction Supervision and Commissioning Assitance.
The project spread over more than four years and involved substantial man-hour efforts.
